AT32F413CBT7 is 200Mhz main frequency, 128K FLASH, 64K RAM.

The chip has a total of 36 IOs. Except for the 4 crystal oscillator pins, all 32 IOs are led out.

Onboard SPI FLASH, TYPE-C interface, 12M crystal oscillator, 32.768k crystal oscillator, 1 user RGB_LED, LCD driver and interface, TF card slot (with Mirco SD card).

It is 2.54cm wide and 6.48cm long, and can be directly inserted into breadboards and perforated boards.

Onboard TYPE-C USB, connected to the chip USB_FS (PA11 PA12) interface.

A series of basic peripheral routines such as GPIO, serial port, external interrupt, timer, ADC have all been updated!

Compared with STM32F103, the circuit is the same, and the program of STM32F103 can be used directly.
